Wow, this is exciting 👏🏼 Initially I wanted to stay away from the scale because I know there are so many factors that influence it and I didn't want it to make me negative. I was planning on only weighing once a week in the beginning, but now I think it's important to take note of all the fluctuations to be able to identify the factors that cause increases.. Like maybe more salty foods etc. Going to try and weigh everyday from now on. Today is a good day 😊

I've learned so much about myself by weighing daily. we are so conditioned to feel emotions because of numbers on a scale... but if you can move passed the emotional-fear aspect, you can gain so much insight into how your body works and how it responds to different foods, hormones, stress etc. it's super empowering once you let go of the emotions. aspect that there will be days the scale shows an increase and do some research into fat loss Vs weight loss, and it will set you up for success.
