guys and girls yes i am ecstatic im a KG down after 3 weeks of no loss 2 days of 16/8 and 1500 cal a day happy finally i can carry this out
100.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
