This weekend I had to visit family and ate food I wouldn’t normally if I was home and the huge portion sizes was the reason I picked up.Im ready to continue with on my weight loss and hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of November
105 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
