These past few days I’ve found myself being hungry even after eating a well balanced meal this resulting in me eating more and feeling full.the exercise and morning walks have been a challenge for me but Iv pushes through.Feeling abit discouraged and a sense of hopelessness of the fact I have so much to lose and I’m making mistakes by eating more than my stomach should at this point in time
107.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 37.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
