I worked so hard this week, and the results are evident 😭.
85 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m not on any diet. I track my calories and eat 1000-1100 or less daily, and I eat a lot of healthy food. I also recently started exercising daily for 30-40 minutes.

even though you keep your calories between 1000 and 1100, what marconutrient is highest within your meal plan?

Shubi.. Carbohydrates still stay my highest macro, working hard to increase good proteins being a vegetarian
