I'm avoiding carbs for the week and honestly amazed to see what a difference it's making. I only eat one meal a day for dinner which is just a standard meal. Clearly way more carbs than I thought. Very happy!! Eating out tonight at Rocomammas though so hoping for a healthy option 🙈🙈🙈🙈
73.5 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
