so i had let myself into a nice gain a year ago i sat on 84 no im almost at 100 i didnt want to download thos app in fear of my mind getting overwhelmed by the weight loss but i need the calorie counter so ive been in 3 weeks now fasting and doing pilates and taebo im down a kg since starting drinking alot of water and trying my best to not eat what im in the mood for lol.my biggest problem is that I love food way to much! and i hate cardio im lazy as per say... this mornkngs workout felt like beingvin hell especially the squats... i know i avoided the gyming and healthier options for months and honestly did not want to gym or do anything but at some point i needed to cause i started up with some health issues so now im back but not for the loss rush or flat belly or big muscles but im here to become healthier and more active ive suffered between 90 and 102 heavier than ive been in 8 years but im going into a life change here not doing this so i can be prettier or skinny i love myself so good luck to me
