I don’t know what I am doing right but I am finally losing weight. Maybe this vegan diet is the reason but I am actually shocked. I am eating sweet things still and a lot of carbs but I am still losing weight. Whatever I am doing is definitely working. I’m very happy 😃
69.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Muscle loss happens quick on low protein diets. Grab some vegan whey or use a protein source u prefer to make sure no muscle gets lost 💪💪

we've went vegan since February 2020 and my husband lost almost 20kg we dont need protein shakes, as we get all our daily protein through our meals
