Just ran for 4.6km...on top of a 10km walk. Most of this is just water loss but I'm loving how I'm down 10kg since 1 July 💪🏿. I've been nursing a lower back injury since Monday and haven't hit the weights. I miss the deadlifts and presses.
112.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
