Big day today... gotta run!
No, I mean I literally hafta run! It's been a long time and I was overzealous last time: a 50lb weighed vest for my first run in years probably wasn't the smartest of decisions.
Today, no weight. Just establishing a benchmark from which to grow, so no real expectations 🤞

A 50lb. weighted vest on a run would blow out my knees for sure. Have you ever tried running in a pool? Might be easier on the joints. Have a great run anyway -- fantastic that you're back on that horse!

Oh goodness... What a day to pick to run. Are you a duck... A fro? It is terrible trying to warm up after running in the rain like this... Hot shower time!!!

Running in a downpour is so smart and efficient cause no post-run shower is required! 👍

Sk, just a hot bath for an hour to thaw!!! 😁 You would have to BE a normal human first!! 😘

Normal is over-rated melissa! 😘😜

Perhaps so! 😁 I am certainly not a "normal" western Washingtonian, because I adore the heat and dread the rain! Guess we all are our own version of "special!" 😊🤗❤️

My mom says I'm special, therefore I am. 🙃

Trainers can be as scammy as Fung. Or at least as ignorant as bodybuilding mags make them...

That's what works for me, especially now that I started creatine again. I never thought it did anything but I've been doing the same workouts for so long, I definitely notice a difference now.
