Back on the keto/Banting wagon. This week has gone extremely well. Water weight is going.

I have has a slight energy slump in the past 2 days. Need to up the calories. But overall a great week. And such motivation.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
