I need to bring in the dreaded e word to see better results, yess my friends exercise, even if it is only walking at least 30min a day ..... Best for this week all my friends, lets see what this week olds in for us.....
115 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
