just went through a rough week of hospitalization and a hernia repair surgery. I feel like I've been run over by an 18 wheeler truck however this drop in weight makes me feel so much better😊

82.4 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg. Still to go: 17.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
