It was a breeze to occasionally skip meals because I wasn’t hungry whilst on keto. However, my experience with OMAD is a different ball game. I suddenly have cravings and am constantly thinking of food. I don’t quite understand why & don’t like the way it’s playing out for me. Will have to stick to keto and handle the skipped meals as my 3or 2 or OMAD💆‍♂️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦‍♀️🌪🙉🥵
