I don't know why I just keep gaining weight. Need to do more cardio. When I was younger, losing weight was just so much easier 🤣🤣 I still have 13 days to reach my goal weight but it seems a little unattainable at this stage. Maybe I should change my goal to, by 22 September i want to reach my short term goal weight of 79 kg...

New goal: reach goal weight of 78kg by 30 September. Do 1 hour of exercise every day and go walking for an hour every day
83.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
