I have been running for 2 weeks now and kinda disappointed the fat hasn't just melted away. Nothing I read said this would happen but kinda hoped it would! I was doing 0 exercise before so just need to be patient. Have finally cracked 76 but know it is going to be a struggle to make it stick.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

Measure yourself. When you start exercising from 0 exercise you will gain muscle and lose fat. The scale will demotivate u. Take measurements.
