Feeling excited. Next month is my birthday and really want to at least weigh 70. This winter was hard, there were so many temptations which I gave into. Let's see what September has in store for me.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
