Good Morning All, I was a bit scared to get on the scale this morning as I had my shark week the past week, with that said my son came to visit and temptation was high with doughnuts and Chocolate cake in the kitchen, but my friend I can honestly say I did not touch it. I am sooooo happy I did not touch anything, lol lets see what the next week have in store for us......
