Hi Charmilljane. I noticed on your journal you asked about staying regular while on keto. The same thing happened to me when I started keto a few months ago. My pipes just blocked😂🤷🏾‍♀️ And yes, it sucks to have to take something to induce a bowl movement, but nothing else helped me. Not water, etc. What eventually helped is that I started routinely having bulletproof coffee every morning while doing yoga and after a 45 min session, I’m ready to go, go, go!!! 🤣🏃🏾‍♀️ I started with 5ml of MCT oil and now I take 15ml a day and it keeps me regular. Hope this helps🌸
