Small loss for today but not surprised with last night's wine and chocolate.

My progress photos might pale in comparison to other before and afters, but for me, this is a win, taking a healthy approach to anything weight related for the first time in my life.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
