So I may have ended up running today. Got up earlier and everything. Went to see a podiatrist and found out my legs were wonky, so hopefully after getting my new inset next week I can go back to higher training load 😁
74.2 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
