Been on holiday for little over a week +-10 days. Couldn't track calories because it would have spoiled the get away my family been looking forward to for the longest time. I tried to balance by being active (doing workouts and doing long walks and even did a 5km hike)...
However I had way too much sugar (alcohol)... So I'm scared of getting on the scale.... Scared shitless 😭....
Today is Wednesday. I will refocus, start drinking water and then Friday morning I will do my first official weigh in #accoutable#scared#just want to get back on track#grateful
89.6 kg Lost so far: 34 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Almost weigh in time. It's 1:56am... N I feel hungry. Normally I'd have hot water or tea, but I don't want excess weight for weigh in later🙄😩.... I know it's silly.... 😕But the crazy in me is WOKE😭
