Yip, this isn't a 'real' drop. It's just that the Red Mini that was parked in my driveway for the past week has left and took that kg with it. Started dieting yesterday for real so weight loss hereafter I will take to the bank. Happy losing guys!
75 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
