At this point... I need to approach the gym... I started fasting from yesterday. 200 cal a day between 10 and 2pm... 3ltr water and burn atleast 4000cal a day

Nee man, so little or do you mean 1200cal a day? Don't go in too hard on yourself. It really helps if you draw up a fixed menu and follow it. Pick foods that are filling but have very low calories so that you don't feel starved and hangry. That way you most bluff your stomach and still have energy to gym. I could help you if you like. I'm not a professional or anything and I certainly don't charge.

Morning, I don't really follow a diet but stick to 1400 cal. I decide what to cook for my family then just work my cal accordingly. infind this works for me. I hate cooking and cooking for me seperately just doesn't do it. I also don't have finances to purchase fancy diet foods. So I eat the basics, oats, toast, eggs, potatoes, pasta, meat, and so forth....this app really helps me a great deal. yes I do excersise. So far so good for me......

@vanderbergjeanine I also find no need to nor can I foot the bill of special diet stuff. Anyway, it's been said time and time again by fundis that we lose weight best and are able to sustain a healthy way of eating when we eat the foods we ate since childhood! Of course if one's diet is inherently unhealthy with too much fast or junk food that has to go, but nothing wrong with All of the good old staples like phutu, rice, potatoes, pasta. We don't need to eat novelty foods like Quinoa that are not indigenous or at least adapted to grow here in the last 20 years, no matter how good the nutritional profile. I use mealie meal instead of polenta. Local is mos LEKKER! I support your attitude 💯!

@oosthuizencs I feel my traditional diet ( what I have always been eating minus the junk) is working for me. I just watch the CALORIES! If I eat any other fad diet, cravings for the foods my body knows and loves since childhood just overtakes me until I cave in. Now I eat what I enjoy, in appropriate quantities and times. Easier to have a lifestyle change than a diet. Try it. Find out your BMR on an online app, eat 300 less calories than that of whatever you are already eating. If no weight falls eat 500cals less. You will have to lose weight. If not, see a doctor and start exercise to burn calories. Do not eat less than 500cals below your BMR calories.

This is just it...I just believer your body needs everything, all good groups. Must say today is a hard day for me.....EK IS HONGER, or rather just LUS for something, don't know what. Lol but I do try stick to my cal. In fact I've done quite well with that. ..can anyone explain this macronutrient thing....I really don't understand it. When I look under my reports I am always litter over in some areas, little under.....I rest don't get it.........whahhaha justcwant some excersises. Not as much as I usually do. My leg is really sore for the past 3 days... Prob because I thought I was 16 again and Eish over did the jumping jacks, push ups...so slowed down today. Was thinking of making mieliemeel with rooibok sosaties.......dinner......

Sorry guys and galz... Meant to say 2000cals. I find that less than that while gymming I get weed type cravings... Like I wanna eat EVERYTHING.... So I do 2000 cals a day and burn 4000. Fasting has been shit... But I'm down to 128.3kg... Started gymming today and it feels great. The elliptical is definitely my friend. 600cal in 43min. Tomorrow I have a boere wors Braai at work for the guys. .. So I'm planning the steak beef patties and gaucho for myself with some gherkins and cream cheese... NO DOUGH FOR THIS FATSO.. LOL!!!!

What is guano? Enjoy the braai. I have an elliptical at home....Boy kills me...I 0refer the Treadmil, but need to prob. Do both. What is your excersise routine, I would love to burn 4000 cal on a workout......before lockdown I spent 3 hours a day in gym, was great and saw great results was however difficult sticking to it here at home so started off slowly again. My husband got me some equipment so I will not be going back to gym, need to motivate myself here at home. I do strength, dumbbells, cardio Treadmil and a bit of elliptical, excersise ball and now old school jumping jacks, push ups, mountain climbers (not much as with carrying this extra body with me makes it difficult and puts alot of strain on my leg with sciatica...) bit I do what I can manage. Would love to hear about your program.....have a super day.
