I am so exited that my eating plan is working, I usually cave on the weekends but I managed to fight through and eat healthy yesterday but I allowed myself a small treat on Saturday. I hope everyone had a good weekend...
67.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Andy, I am doing a combo of IF and low carb (below 40g a day) Also trying to get in 3 days of resistance exercise.
