Yes! This doesn't make sense though.I think my scale got buggered when I tripped over it yesterday or some of this weightloss is due to water loss.I did a lot of physical activity and had a huge calorie deficit but 2.3kg... aye.I will monitor this over the next seven days.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
