I want to reach my goal weight (72kg) by Tuesday, 22 September, 2020. This is 45 days from now. This is approximately one and a half months from now. But I might be able to reach my short term goal by Sunday, 16th of Aug. I've been working hard. Can't wait until Wednesday for my measurements
83.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
