My short term goal is to get to 79

I am no professional, but I saw your previous calendar entry where you want to cut calories. Eating under 1200 cal per day is not good for you and you will put back all the weight you have lost when you start eating again. According to most experts online cutting just over 1000 cal per day should be the maximum. I hope you stay healthy!
