Fat to Fit 88's Journal, 04 Aug 20

I am trying to eat healthy while growing a little human as well, but was not expecting a drop. I think now that I have changed the type of calories I put into my body, my body is reacting well. :-)
92.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I worked with someone who for the 6 years I knew her, was always overweight, tired and had terrible acne - no Matter what she did. she fell pregnant and literally became that glowing woman we all read about. her skin cleared, she lost a shitload of weight (during her pregnancy and the baby was healthy) and she has stayed that way ever since. her hormones just got corrected with her pregnancy somehow. she had terrible morning sickness throughout her pregnancy... but overall something amazing happened to her during that time.

Thank you Shereen, I appreciate your comment. I think I have just been eating so well because I know it is not just about me anymore, so I embrace whatever changes come because of my healthy choices. I eat like 7 times a day haha, but all good food and appropriate potions as well. If my morning sickness (also know as whole day sickness, especially afternoon and night sickness) acts up I will remember your comment as well. :-) Thanks for the support.
