So I've been away for a while as I had major surgery to remove a monstrous fibroid in May and have been in recovery. I battled with low energy levels for at least 6 weeks but I'm feeling way better and stronger to get back into the swing of things.
One of the motivations for my weight loss was to ensure a much easier recovery for which I'm grateful to my doctor. The other motivation is to have a better shot at having my miracle baby as I've battled with infertility for a while. I've been researching, getting myself clued about the conditions that I have that contribute to this and would be happy to hear other people's stories too similar to mine, as I'm learning daily too.
So I'm turning 35 next month and feeling a little emotional yet grateful for the gift of life, improved health, the journey I've undertaken and simply all the support from different channels. I'm inspired when I see people dropping those kilos in the quest for good health. Let's soldier on! Keep safe peeps, take those vitamins and God bless you!
