I know I shouldn't have done it... It's only been 4 days but I couldn't resist the scale 😁😁😁😁 I guess 600g is 600g.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
