well after yo-yo dieting through several different approaches I can see that in order to really lose weight I need to do it the old fashion way. Count calories and move my body.

Even though I have a better understanding of what a healthy plate looks like, I am still overeating. Which will not help me. I have to work harder and just log my calories. It is what it is.

I hope I can do this. I become such a control freak with this approach, I hope I can find balance. Guide me Lord.

This is great. We all want a quick and easy way to lose when the answer is staring us in the face. Just less food more movement. I am in the same boat it is hard to lose, I just tell myself that instead of feeling bad for missing out on food, feel good because you know your are a little closer to your dream. Thunk of what your giving up in order to have that extra slice of pizza or more garlic bread. I do the same thing. it is a battle every day, but with the lord and hard work you can do it.
