Today I decided to change my goal weight. When I look at the original goal it seemed so far away. Like a huge mountain and demotivating. I decided to change my goal to something more realistic and achievable and once I reach that then I set a new goal. We all know this is also a mental thing or perhaps more so than what we give it credit
107 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
