Great result for the end of a weekend. Nice starting point for a correction.
All that after some curry chicken pie and two slices lemon meringue.
138.3 kg Lost so far: 43.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had the same challenge 2 weeks ago. I spent last week lossing what I had gained the week before from home baked treats. You are motivating me.

You've done well... I had a stagnant week...too many cheats... Lets c if i can be good this week... The last few kgs are like the end of a marathon 😩
