Eish late with my entry. But weighed early this morning as usual
136.9 kg Lost so far: 45.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think ive been doing it like this so long, every organ in the body knows what its got to do and when. Need to push into the bottom half of the 130’s by month end Until the boredom monster comes out every couple of months.
