Almost forgot😎.

Also, I have been trying to spend just one or two hours on the app during the week just to enter my intake. Some of the journal entries and pictures here are “triggering” for me.😪 Some make me crave terrible foods, I even use/apply other peoples’ excuses to my circumstances to justify effing up, etc. 🤦🏾‍♀️
But I still wish everyone well🌵💐
