My birthday is tomorrow, 28th🎈🎁. I am proud of myself - I gave myself a second chance at a better, healthier life. 🥲🦄 I made a promise and notwithstanding how I stumbled along the way, I kept it🧗🏾♀️. I’m not quite there yet but, I am closer than I was a year ago today. 💐🌸🌺🌼🌻

The summer 🌼☀️season is crazy to manoeuvre around- all the (COVID appropriate) summer brunches, birthdays and small family events. 🐝 it’s so hard to stay disciplined. 🧘🏾♀️The only way to counter small bad decisions is a huge better one. Like a 3-day fast after my last meal on Sunday. It’s sooooo hard at times I want to cry😢. What keeps me going is all the NSV 🧗🏾♀️and my upcoming birthday ( I want to glow up)💃🏾🥂
