I'm a little edgy today also feeling upset the scale took a drastic jump and it's made my entire day mess I had a pizza for lunch and just been nibbling all day
82.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week

Try to forgive yourself and move on. I also tend to self sabotage and that does more damage the your one cheat

don't stress over it. The scale fluctuates so much and chances are it's just water weight. I agree with Rosanne, forgive yourself. One day of healthy eating isn't gonna make you lose weight , and one day of bad eating isn't gonna make you gain either (just water weight 😉)

Thanks guys back on track even tho we had take outs for dinner tried to go the healthy route with a braai'd chicken fillet instead of anything deep tried....

Don’t feel too bad about it. Just have your day, a good night’s rest and start again tomorrow. Everyone has a bad day. You are the only one that is judging yourself, no judgement from us out here, we are fighting the battle with you.🥰🥰
