0.6 in 10 days, slow progress, but that's the best way. just limiting my intake and staying away from buying junk food in the house. if I want something I make sure during the day I've had low calorie meals. then I can enjoy still within my calorie budget.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
