Lockdown has had the net effect of neglect destroying my mental and physical health. Life is still not going back to normal but as of yesterday I have confirmation I’ll remain stuck in my childhood home, across the country from my entire social circle, until February 2021 at the earliest. This at least provides a bit of the stability and certainty that I’ve been craving. Have started working with a psychologist for my mental and emotional health, and I’ve realised that I’ve made an already tough situation even worse by ignoring my digestive disorder and eating my feelings. So. I’ve decided to act now while I have the time and get myself back to a healthier way of living. Upping exercise and respecting my dietary restrictions with the goal of being healthier, feeling good, achieving healthy sustainable weight loss of around 1kg per week and looking so different that no one will recognise me come February.

Tuesday is weigh in day.
99 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
