I just had it today! And although ( or perhaps even, Because) the scale had Finally budged a single kilogram down after such sustained low calories eating and no results; I decided to try my hand at baking my own bread! Worst mistake ever! It was like i felt duty bound to slather on butter and devour slice upon guilt- inducing slice of it! 😱 I haven't eaten this much bread in a single day in months if not years!
77 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
