Morning all it's been stressful havnt had a weigh in for awhile. and I know when I stress I put on weight. And my comfort food is simba chips , any chips. Hoping to get on track. feeling so down.
90 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
