Maintained today.

Got in a walk yesterday & this afternoon.

Everything bagel crusted salmon & Sunflower Bacon Crunch salad for dinner tonight. After lamb 2 nights ago & pork riqbs last night I decided it was time for some seafood.

65.3 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
