I took ten days off this eating healthy and wanting to loose weight. it was getting to me and getting too much!

Only gained 300g in the last ten days. Back now to loosing the last kilos.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
