This was my First week and feel better, did I put 100% into it NO, still happy with the loss any loss is welcome, I need to drink more water and bring in 1 activity just to get my HR up. Here is to Next week (Note to self lets get below the 120kg)
120.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
