Decided to try intermittent fasting and eating healthier , need to make a change , take out is no good for my body and hoping that losing some weight and being healthier will help us in starting a family
110 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

IF literally changed my life. i have a much healthier relationship with food now and I think it's because it's taken my fear of being hungry away. I also used to live with epic migraines and now I barely even get headaches. so much benefit to fasting that goes above and beyond just weight loss. fasting is now as much a part of my day as brushing my teeth!

IF also changed my life. really the best thing ever with so many benefits and also the only thing i have tried and doing that really works. just love IF.
