I do understand that once you start your weight will fluctuate not letting the small gains get me down!
83.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol I realised that as well.. Lol that's why I think i'mma weigh every couple of days instead of everyday 😂

Thanks hun will def check out ur page!!! Yeah but I've decided since this is a lifestyle change I want to monitor it because I need to see wats working and wats not.. I'm done following cookie cutter diets tat are so boring and repetitive! So the scale helps me see wat I did the day before that may have not been the best choice🤦🏻‍♀️But thank goodness today I hit 83.3 😁so the scale truly works with fluctuation!
