Yeah but I've decided since this is a lifestyle change I want to monitor it because I need to see wats working and wats not.. I'm done following cookie cutter diets tat are so boring and repetitive! So the scale helps me see wat I did the day before that may have not been the best choice🤦🏻♀️But thank goodness today I hit 83.3 😁so the scale truly works with fluctuation!
