There is finally good momentum. Banting/keto and intermittent fasting are definitely working. I will keep this going until i reach my goal. Then mayne change it up and add excercise.
81.1 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
