Saturday's activity:30 min recumbent bike, golf18 holes(walking) 30 min bike ride in the evening, my fitness tracker had over 23000 steps when I went to sleep.
119.4 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
