Was a bit disappointment, was hoping I'd lost more. Tried to do a 21 day sprint. Little or no carbs, tried IF, exercised most days, struggled with drinking water this week was too cold. Rather going back to weekly weigh ins.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
